Create your own mini retreat or self care practice with 10 days of classes and events, an outdoor cafe hosted by our neighbours at @cafe52 and a range of wonderful restorative classes and events hosted my myself and my collegues Ulrike Kennedy - Qi Gong and Maree Barnes Slow Flow Yoga.

The $70 one pass - is the best value and an absolute bargain for anyone who could see themselves joining a few classes.

Get some relaxation and inspiration to help support your mind body and soul before we begin getting busy again in 2025
It's been a huge year for many and I'm keen to share my passion and heart with you all by offering something that I would also love love to attend myself. This little self made retreat experience is created to offer some peace, connection and community. We are thrilled to be collaborating with our local cafe 52 who are serving their amazing coffee and toaties and helping to create an outdoor lounge for you to chill and enjoy some refreshments
