The Spring Equinox marks a time of equal night and equal daylight. We take our final steps out of the winter hibernation, a time in inner-reflection and deep listening, and emerge into the renewing energy of springtime.
The Spring Equinox marks a liminal space, a space of the in-between. In-between winter and spring. In-between dark and light. In-between death and renewal.
Gather and celebrate this juicy in-between with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, guided visualisation meditation and intuitive creative art process. Here, you can gather and sow the seeds of your winter wisdom to germinate and flourish as we move forth into the fertility of spring.
You do not need prior experience with meditation or artmaking to engage in the process that will be offered.
What to expect:
- Opening circle to welcome and ground you into the space with the assistance of the gentle yet heart-expanding medicine of Cacao.
- Guided visualisation meditation utilising music and gentle movement.
- Intuitive creative art process. (While you will be given an initial structure to the process, this is to provide an anchor for creative expression and you are freely invited to push at these edges.)
- Closing circle in which you are invited to share your experience
