Soul Dance Goldfields- July Winter Warmer

You feel a need to move and dance. You hear the music in your heart and soul. You don't know the steps and it doesn't matter. You're excited and nervous. You bring those feelings into the dance. You discover your body already knows how to move to the music. Come. Listen to the body's wisdom. I'll support you.

Winter Warmer, Creswick Neighbourhood Centre Hall VIC. Come and move and groove to some hearty, warming tunes. Dance like nobody is watching, or dance like it's the only way to keep warm. The hall is cozy, the company is calm, warm and welcoming. 

Good vibes and tea after the dance if you wish to stay.

* This dance class follows many of the principles of Open Floor International, which is mindful movement, or a conscious dance form. I am a Open Floor teacher in training, with many years of experience in other creative and healing modalities.
