There are many tools people use for manifestation: visualisation, mantras, prayer, belief. In Soul Dance — Manifest, we use them all, and then we discover, create and embody it through movement.

Maybe there’s something you want to call into your life — freedom, connection, creativity, abundance — but you haven’t explored it with real clarity or depth. It’s a wish you think of here and there. Bringing it to the dance floor for seven weeks is a chance to truly explore it.

Through dance, somatic and authentic movement, intention and reflection, we’ll explore manifestation through the lens of the chakras, our energy centres, moving from root to crown and noticing where we feel blocked.

Perhaps you have the vision (third eye) but don’t feel grounded (root). Or you have creative ideas (sacral) but your fire is delpeted (solar plexus). Maybe you see the big picture (crown) but lack the courage to share it (throat).

With today’s demands, many of us live in our heads. Let’s come back into our bodies and dance into a new reality, with more purpose, will and power.

Each week is a facilitated conscious dance journey with a live DJ mix curated to that chakra, from meditative and acoustic sounds to tribal, electronic, disco, cinematic and world beats. I’ll guide you with prompts and inspiration, drawing on what I’m learning as I complete my studies in Somatics and Dance Movement Therapy (SDMT). Each dance ends with a short, optional sharing circle.

No dance experience needed. This is about connecting to your body, letting it lead, and being curious.

After each dance, we will have a short optional sharing circle. This is not a drop in journey or a big group, but it will be a powerful way to close out the year more grounded, open and connected to what you want to call in.
