The mission behind Soul Dance Retreat is to equip young performers with the skills, knowledge and power to walk confidently into the world of dance.

Shared in a setting that is supportive, fun, holistic and safe. Bringing dancers back to the core of their passion and raising awareness of prevalent issues within the industry.

Injury prevention, mental health, body- positivity, mindset coaching, nutrition, safe-dance practice and mindful movement are the core elements of the retreat that participants will undertake.

In todays world it is more important than ever to prepare young children with the skills to handle the challenges they will inevitably face. It is my mission to bring joy and love to dance in a safe, sustainable and joyful way.

Ticketing breakdown:

All day retreat - 12 years + (9-5pm)
Half day retreat - Under 12 years (9-12pm)
