This month’s journey: Breathing Creation into Form

This Soul Evening centres on the subtle act of bringing intention into lived experience. Through breath, awareness, and embodied presence, you’re invited to feel how energy begins to take shape - not through force, but through alignment and gentle motion.

Each Soul Evening begins with ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine to support heart-body coherence and nervous system settlement. The cacao gently opens the heart, grounds the body and enhances receptivity to subtle guidance.
