This month’s journey: Expanding Collective Heart

This Soul Evening opens into shared presence and co-regulation within the group field. We explore heart-based awareness as a collective experience, feeling how connection, resonance, and community naturally expand when defences soften.

Each Soul Evening begins with ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine to support heart-body coherence and nervous system settlement. The cacao gently opens the heart, grounds the body and enhances receptivity to subtle guidance.
