Soul Fire Spiral is Facilitated by Alex & Beck - a unique immersion that will help you connect to self on a deeper layer.

As we dive deep into slow abdominal Breathwork, we will mimic shapes that resemble the flow of water to optimise our internal organs and maximise our blood health potential.

Combining the elements of Yin and Qigong, over 2 days we aim to inspire and support you to cultivate more self discipline and awareness in your daily embodiment practices.

Alex -

Alex found his love for vipassana meditation @ the age of seventeen. It sparked his interest in the spirituality of eastern traditions particularly those which invoke disipline & sharpening of the mind.

The art of sitting meditation lead Alex to seek for ways in ways in which spirit & equilibrium of the mind could be attained for those non-monk disciplinarians as-well.

Alex has trained extensively with masters & practitioners of the internal healing martial arts such as Shifu Shi Yanjunin in China , Master Ian in Thailand & most recently over 100 days with Master Zheng Yang delving into a system of medical qi gong / neigong & internal shaolin martial arts.

Beck -

Beck is a local Yin Teacher Trainer & Senior Breathwork Facilitator dedicated to the path of self discovery through discipline and growth.

Having training in many different yoga practices and weaving these ancient teachings into the magic and potency and the breath. Guiding others safely home. A chance to reconnect to the essence within.

During this journey you will explore a deep inward experience that cultivates inner harmony and self love. Beck will guide and share yin practises to help you better understand self, whilst also guiding you to intuitively and safely share with others.

Mantra will also be shared to help you connect to the medicine of mantra meditation and how to weave this into your life and ultimately share with others.

Our intimate container will be delivered across two days @ Chambers Island, Maroochydore from 8am - 4pm. Saturday 23-Sunday 24 November, 2024.
