Soul Flow invites you to move beyond traditional vinyasa yoga -each breath will become a dance, and every movement will sing the song of your inner rhythm.

This immersive 2.5 hour workshop is a meditative movement experience, designed to unlock your creative expression and ground you in joyful self-discovery.

Soul Flow blends the grace of vinyasa yoga with the freedom of dance, inviting you to embody rhythm, expression, and stillness through:
- Dance-inspired vinyasa flow and gentle choreography
- Journaling to connect with inspiration, set intentions and encourage self-awareness (beautiful journal & pen provided)
- Dynamic group exercises that spark connection and shared expression
- Grounding breathwork and mindfulness to find your inner calm/creativity
- Delicious full body relaxation to bathe every cell in fresh energy
- Uplifting sacred yoga chanting (kirtan meditation) to awaken the heart and soul
- Nourishing, healthy treats and tea to close the afternoon in sweetness

Come home to yourself through embodied expression, shared presence, and the joy of moving from the heart.
