Soul Food™ Sessions — A Journey Inward

Soul Food™ Sessions are an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and create space to reconnect with yourself.

Each session combines understanding with experience — giving you opportunities to explore your own energy, deepen your awareness and discover practical ways to nurture yourself physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically.

For our next journey, we are going within.

We’ll begin by checking in with ourselves energetically — noticing where we are, what we are carrying and what may be ready for our attention.

Together we will:

Check in with your energy and reconnect with self
Clear and reset your energetic field
Explore ways to optimise the energetic pathways through the dimensions of self
Journey through a guided energetic experience
Take our first step into exploring the Akashic Library within
Explore how aromatherapy may complement your individual needs, energy centres and energetic flow

A special collaboration

For this session, I’ll also be joined by Rachel from Island Healing Centre, a naturopath who will bring another beautiful layer to our exploration.

Together we’ll explore aromatherapy and how individually selected blends can be used as a practical form of Soul Food™ to nurture your energy centres and support energetic flow beyond the session itself.

You don’t need to have attended a previous Soul Food™ Session, and you don’t need any previous experience with energy work.

Simply come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to explore for thy self.
