You are warmly invited into a sacred space where heart-opening practices and healing sound come together to support deep reconnection with yourself.
We gather in community to share ceremonial cacao, a revered heart medicine that gently grounds us and opens the door to inner connection. From this place of presence, we soften inward—guided by reflective prompts to receive insight and set intention.
Bathed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, rain sticks, gongs, and shamanic drums, you’ll be invited to surrender, release, and realign. These sounds are not merely heard—they are felt, creating space for emotional clearing, energetic reset, and deep restoration.
Whether you're seeking peace, clarity, or soulful connection, this is an opportunity to attune to your own natural rhythm—your soul’s frequency.

To support your comfort, please bring anything else you might need.
