A Guided Experience for Women Ready to Reconnect with Themselves & Move Forward with Clarity

Perhaps you’ve noticed that parts of your life don’t feel right anymore. What once fitted no longer does, and you know something needs to change - even if you’re unsure what that is.

Life transitions and seasons of change - such as motherhood, (peri)menopause, changes in our relationships or loss - can shift our sense of self, along with our values, priorities and what we want and need.

Yet so often, we keep moving without giving ourselves the space to understand how we’ve changed or consider whether the life we’re living still reflects who we are now.

You might find yourself wondering:

Who am I now?
What do I actually want and need?
Something needs to change, but where do I begin?

Soul FULL Sanctuary creates space to pause and explore those questions.

To meet the woman you are now. To listen to what matters to her. And to begin finding your way forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

Space to slow down and look a little deeper...

Gentle grounding practices and simple restorative shapes will help you slow down, soften and create space for deeper reflection. From there, you'll be gently guided to connect with where you are, how life has been shaping you and what you need most in this season.

Together, we’ll create space to acknowledge what you’re carrying, hear what may have been overlooked in the busyness of life and explore what feels right for you now.

You’ll gain a clearer understanding of yourself and what you might like to shift, with space to rest, breathe and feel deeply held along the way.

You don’t need to arrive with answers. Just a willingness to turn inward, be curious and listen to yourself.

During our time together you'll experience:

✨ Gentle grounding practices and deeply restorative yoga poses to help you soften, settle and feel deeply rested and nourished

✨ Thoughtful guidance and coaching prompts to support deeper reflection and understanding of yourself

✨ Quiet, nourishing space to breathe, hear yourself again and allow what’s present to come forward

✨ Connection with other like-minded women

✨ A warm, deeply supportive sanctuary where you can step away from your roles and responsibilities and feel seen, heard and held

This is time just for you - to be supported, restored and soul nourished.

No experience in any modality is necessary. Come as you are.

What you will take away:

✨ A deeper understanding of how the seasons you’ve moved through have shaped you

✨ Greater clarity about what you need now

✨ Awareness of what may no longer feel aligned

✨ A sense of what you’d like to shift to feel more connected and anchored in yourself

✨ A greater sense of calm and grounding

This experience is for you if:

✨ You’ve moved through life transitions or season of changes - and feel different, perhaps a little lost, disconnected or unsure of yourself

✨ You can feel that you’ve changed, but haven’t had the space to understand who you are now and what matters to you most

✨ What once felt right no longer fits, and you’re unsure what needs to change

✨ You’re ready to slow down and reflect more deeply on where you are and what you need in this season

✨ You want to move forward with greater clarity and make choices that feel aligned with your values, needs and priorities

✨ You feel called to deep inner work and soul nourishing practices

Meet your host

Hi, I’m Bree.

I’m a Certified Life Coach, Matrescence Facilitator, yoga practitioner and the founder of Soul FULL.

I support women who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves or are craving change. Together, we explore who they are now, what matters most to them in this season and what they want and need, so they can make meaningful changes with greater clarity, inner confidence and deep trust in themselves.

I created Soul FULL Sanctuary to offer women a rare and sacred space to slow down, turn inward and hear themselves again. A space to feel deeply held and gently guided into reflection, with room to honour where they are and explore what comes next.

Further Support Through 1:1 Coaching

If, after this experience, you’d like support to explore what’s come up and make changes in your everyday life, I’d love to support you through 1:1 coaching. Together, we can explore what’s keeping you stuck, reconnect with what you want and need now, and take meaningful steps towards a life that feels more aligned.

After the event, you’re welcome to book a complimentary Soul FULL Chat alignment call with me. This is a relaxed, private conversation where we can talk about what you’d like to shift and whether coaching together feels right for you.
