True Self-Love is a deep connection to your soul truth, the essence of YOU.

Having a firm framework of understanding who you are on this deep level will enable you to create and live the life of your dreams.

When you are standing in your own personal power as your authentic self your life flows with a particular magnetic attraction.

Your purpose in life is to be 100% YOU! And Self-Love is your doorway into remembering and embodying who you are.

There are many key ingredients to having a nourishing Self-Love practice such as:

Self-acceptance
Listening to your inner wisdom
Speaking your truth, &
Caring deeply for yourself

When you align to your truth with Self-Love you attract incredible relationships, opportunities, abundance, joy, happiness, and many other wonderful things!

That being said, life can be challenging regardless of how well you love yourself. But having a solid sense of self with Self-Love will be your best companion during your most challenging times.

Let’s meet our special expert guest for the month, Irene Elias aka The Self Love Junkie:

“I’m an ordinary girl who moved to Hollywood looking for love in all the wrong places and for the wrong reasons. I imagined a fairy-tale world with a “soulmate” – and wanted to feel completed by a man.

Instead, I discovered abuse, betrayal, and rejection. The man who I thought I was in love with turned from a prince into an abusive partner.

Eventually picking up the broken pieces of my self-worth, I escaped from my fiancé one month before our wedding. I had a nervous breakdown at the age of 25, feeling like I’d never be able to ever recover emotionally.

I moved to New York to start anew and bury the stuff that didn’t work. More relationships arrived on the scene, and I stayed past their expiration date.

I was exhausted from my love life and as a result, my immune system collapsed. I experienced many health challenges; Epstein-barr, shingles, adrenal fatigue lyme disease (just to name a few) and months where I couldn’t leave my bed.

I had another turning point moment where I knew deep down within my heart that there was something major I had to change and shift within me.

So, I made the decision to stop the search and commit to “dating me” instead.

And so, Self Love junkie was born.”

More about The Self-Love Movement:

The Self-Love Movement is a Nationwide social movement connecting women through the power of gathering and to their True-Self.

Through the use of live events and workshops, women are encouraged to be the best they can be, to expand their minds, to break-free of their own stories and to live a wildly authentic and abundant life full of love.

The Self-Love Movement is a powerful platform for women to feel safe, heard, supported and loved.

“Live with an open heart and bathe in a sea of self-love. It is not selfish to love yourself unconditionally. In fact, it is absolutely necessary! Your entire world is reflective of the relationship you have with self. It’s time to nourish and nurture this connection and watch your life begin to magically blossom through the power of Self-Love.” – Alana Arvanitis

Self-Love is the act of putting your own happiness & well-being first, something that is lacking within our current society.

It all starts with SELF. “Your relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have.”

“If you don’t go within you go without” – Alana Arvanitis

It’s time to put “self” first. It’s time to remove the things that cloud your happiness & well-being. It’s time to come together and share your uniqueness to the world. It’s time to be inspired, supported, and empowered. It is time to love & be loved… and it all starts with YOU.

You absolutely deserve all the love and inspiration you seek and The Self-Love Movement is the way of finding your path and weave within the YOUniverse.
