HOW TO PREPARE THE BODY, MIND AND SOUL FOR THIS ENERGY HEALING:

For this pure sacred energy healing we need the body as pure as possible so I recommend:

A few days prior the session try to eat high frequency food and avoid fast or heavy food
For the session, come with the digestion done
Drink a lot of water the days prior the session and after
No alcohol or any other drugs at least 24h before the session
I recommend mindfulness practises the days before the session like meditation, practise gratitude, breathwork... Do any activity that connects you to yourself (be in nature, dance, sing, write...)
