A guided soul journey into yoru past lives

Step into a sacred afternoon designed to help you remember who you’ve been and understand the soul lessons shaping your life today. This immersive workshop gently guides you through a past‑life meditation, reflective journaling, and optional sharing within a supportive group space.

You’ll explore repeating patterns, reconnect with long‑held soul gifts, and receive insights that bring clarity, healing, and empowerment. Light refreshments are provided, and we close with a grounding ritual to help you integrate your experience and leave feeling centered, inspired, and aligned.

Why Attend This Workshop

This experience is for anyone who feels a sense that their soul has lived, learned, and carried wisdom across lifetimes. Attending this workshop offers you the chance to:

Understand repeating patterns or emotions that don’t seem to “belong” to this lifetime
Access deeper clarity about your purpose, relationships, and soul lessons
Release old fears or blocks that originated long before now
Reclaim gifts, strengths, and abilities you’ve carried across lifetimes
Strengthen your intuition and connection to your higher self
Feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with your soul’s journey

What to Expect

1. Opening Circle & Energetic Grounding

A gentle welcome into the space, where we set intentions and prepare your energy field for deeper work. This opening helps you feel safe, centered, and ready to explore your soul’s history.

Soul connection becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

2. Guided Past Life Meditation (Deep Journey) and use of Angelic Reiki

You’ll be guided through a powerful yet gentle meditation and angelic reiki healing designed to help you:

Connect with your higher self
Step through the doorway of memory
Experience a past life that holds relevance to your current path
Receive symbols, emotions, scenes, or intuitive impressions
Understand how this past life is influencing your present
Receive angelic reiki healing to harmonise what your soul no longer needs to carry

This journey is crafted to bring clarity, healing, and a sense of profound remembrance.

3. Journaling Integration

After the meditation, you’ll explore your experience through guided journaling prompts. This helps you:

Anchor what you saw or felt
Identify themes or patterns
Recognise soul gifts carried across lifetimes
Understand what is ready to be released
Integrate the wisdom that surfaced

This is where your insights become transformation.

4. Optional Sharing Circle

Sharing your experience (only as much as you feel comfortable) often unlocks deeper clarity and collective wisdom.

Hearing others’ journeys can help you recognise your own soul patterns and feel supported in your unfolding.

5. Light Refreshments & Gentle Connection

Tea, nourishing snacks, and time to connect with others.

A moment to breathe, settle, and let your experience integrate.

6. Sacred Closing Ritual

We close the day with a grounding and empowerment ritual to help you:

Return fully to your body
Anchor your insights
Feel inspired, supported, and uplifted
Carry your past-life wisdom forward with clarity and confidence

You’ll leave feeling centered and deeply connected to your soul.
