Join us for a Journey and learn how to use your breath to reset your nervous system, Breathwork is good for your health & well being, mind, body and spirit and is really helpful for those who are suffering from symptoms of depression, anxiety, overwhelm, addictions, trauma and is a good tool to use for preventive health issues.

Cara & Adrian will be your guides for this Journey, guiding you through breathing techniques, to access the unconscious which allows connection to the wisdom found within you, this is an invitation to disintegrate old beliefs and old ways of being, to feel clarity and deep inner peace.

This is a Journey where you can dismantle those parts that aren’t in congruence with the truest expression of your being and to recalibrate your energy into a state of receivership.

Breath (Prana) is a pure life force energy, as your journey guardians we will help you to harness and explore the power of your breath to work with your body and help to reset, realign and breathe through the energies that are no longer of any use, to allow your body to release and dissolve all that has been held on to, that could be unbalancing for you on an emotional, mental, physical or spiritual level, surrendering into your breath you can access the parts of the brain and help bring memories and emotions to the surface, allowing for processing, reconciliation, acceptance, forgiveness and closure, so those experiences and events no longer weigh you down.

During this event there will be sound frequencies from ancient and traditional instruments, used to promote deep relaxation.

By releasing energy, you will lift your vibration/energy frequency higher where you can manifest, and access creativity, clarity, connection and wisdom.

WHAT TO BRING
• Yoga mat and a blanket ( it’s common to experience periods of being hot and cold)

• Loose comfortable clothes

• Water bottle

• Pen and journal for sacred recording of your transformation
