Soul Love

Join me in a sacred spiritual ceremony of conscious & connected breathwork where we will be diving heart first into unconditional acceptance and love for the self. We will go deeply & vulnerably inward to help unlock the fierce potential and infinite power you hold within, while being held in a comfy cloud of protection, unconditional love and guidance to release what you no longer wish to carry.

You will journey deep into your inner world through an activation phase of breathing followed by a deeply restful restorative breathing practice. We will intuitively move, shake and tap our bodies along the way, while freely expressing any noise, movement or emotion that needs to come out. During your journeys I will be coming around sharing energy healing, intuitive body tapping and clearing anything that needs to go!

We will finish with an integration rest period and a guided meditation to help expand your heart centre and ground back into your beautiful bodies. I want to open you up to your infinite potential and show you just how magical you really are through the magic and power of energy work, spirit and the breath. This evening will assist in releasing any funkiness that is blocking your personal expansion and healing. You will begin to regain your personal power, truth, confidence, joy & freedom through going inward and beginning to know how to let go of what holds you back and seeing clearly how to get out of your own way with tools you can take with you back into everyday life.
