Soul Sound Journey - Remembrance

"Welcome to the very first Aerial Sound Bath Experience for Souls Unite - Limited Aerial Spaces + Mat options available. 

Come and snuggle in with us in the warm cocoon of your own private silk set up, the Winter is upon us and there is no better time for an immersive and relaxing frequency experience. This is an aerial sound bath experience, which is intended to support you on your soul journey.

Guided by the messenger angels I will provide a short meditation to help you drop in to a state of openness and awareness in order that you can access the Akashic Records and receive any information, gifts or skills that will benefit you in this lifetime. This will be done for the highest good of all.

An angelic and nurturing event, guided meditation, grounding essential oils and beautiful sound healing.

What you can expect:

Settle in to your own personal silk in a warm cozy space
Blue Lotus meditation oil and third eye activation
A guided meditation to drop us into unity and remembrance
Medicine Drumming
Crystal Bowl Healing
Opportunity for journaling and tea afterwards

A sound bath is an act of self care.

It is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems. We create a comfortable space and you relax to let the cosmic vibrations wash away stress. The sound experience will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This is a chamber of healing vibrations, that revitalize the mind, body and spirit."

Bring: 
~ YOU in all that you are in this moment - no need to be anything more than you are today.
~ Dress in comfortable clothing with warm socks. If you're enjoying the aerial experience  please wear clothing with no zips, belts or anything that could harm the silk (yoga clothes are best). 
~ If you're on a mat it is nice to bring pillow for your head.
~ Water bottle
~ Journal & Pen
