Soul Reset - Breath + Contrast Immersion
Description
Soul Reset: Breath & Contrast Immersion
Duration: 90 mins
Led by: Ali Mayfield
Step into Soul Reset, a monthly 90-minute immersion designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Held on the first Saturday of each month at Recovery Hive Coolum, this intimate experience combines guided breathwork, a traditional Finnish sauna, and a choice of cold plunges ranging from 4°C to 12°C.
Unlike many wellness experiences that try to fit everything into a short period of time, Soul Reset is intentionally spacious.
There is no rushing from one modality to the next.
No packed schedule.
No pressure to perform.
Just time to arrive, breathe, soften, regulate and be present with your experience.
Together we'll begin with breathwork to settle the mind and reconnect with the body. From there you'll move between the warmth of the traditional Finnish sauna and your choice of cold plunge, allowing the contrast of heat and cold to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity and renewed energy.
Whether you're new to contrast therapy or experienced with cold exposure, the range of plunge temperatures allows you to choose an experience that feels supportive and appropriate for you.
The experience concludes with time for integration, reflection and connection.
With limited places available, Soul Reset offers a more personal and intentional experience where everyone is seen, supported and given the space to move at their own pace.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do isn't add more.
It's to create enough space to truly receive the benefits of less.
