Soul Sanctuary - Live in Maine

We invite you into an in-person Soul Sanctuary, a communal space to gather in grief, care, and connection. Held in South Portland, Maine at Conscious Cottage, this offering creates space to slow down and come into presence with yourself and others. Through song, poetry, reflection, and shared witnessing, we will tend to what is here, individually and collectively.

We encourage you to arrive with a bit of spaciousness and, if possible, leave time afterward to gently transition back into your day.

We will serve a light lunch following. Space is limited to support an intimate and grounded experience.
