Winter is a time to honour slow, rest and recalibrate, a time to go inwards and allow, to let go and receive in stillness and in peace.

Join our Codes of Lemuria in Soul Sanctuary for an afternoon of deep relaxation and release. What's included:

Breathwork — simple, supportive breathing practices for emotional release and grounding.
Guided Meditation — a heart-centred Lemurian journey into stillness, self-connection and inner sanctuary.
Sound Bath — Alchemy crystal bowls, healing frequencies and deep vibrational rest.
Reiki & Crystal Healing — energetic support from three experienced practitioners.
Cacao by the Fire Pit — integration, connection and winter nourishment.
