SOUL SCRATCHING

Soul Scratching from MHM is more than just a disco gig; it's a space to let go, connect and feel good. Through uplifting disco music, dancing and shared experiences, people can escape everyday stress, express themselves and build meaningful connections.

This will be held in the Te Wa Car Park. Te Wa is a place where people can connect through creativity, and having this in their car park ties in with the meaning of belonging

It's all about bringing people together, creating a sense of belonging and reminding us that sometimes, a little music, movement and connection can make a big difference to our mental health. So having this in an outdoor space like a car park, rather than a small, steamy club, gives you the feeling of connection

All funds and ticket expenses will go back into the mental health system, raising the awareness that mental health is a real illness and the health system needs to know that and make it easier to access
