Hello Earth Angels!

Welcome to my first Soul Session in Dee Why! Even though this will be online, I will be streaming healing ocean vibes from Dee Why beach! So for this months Supermoon (see info below on this full moon), I will be leading you through several guided practices.

Please bring a hand held mirror, pen and journal, along with two lists: one consisting of everything you wish to let go of and the other list of everything you wish to call in, to set the intention for the session. And each week you can choose the most important one in each list to narrow in your focus on releasing and receiving.

This will be a weekly release and receive class (but every second week will be a new moon or full moon ceremony) to help increase your mind power in letting go of what no longer serves you a lot faster and easier with practice, along with helping to increase your manifestation focus and willpower in commanding/calling in and attracting what you truly want and desire.

I will be teaching you how to tap into your peaceful centered self and magnetize your desires by taking you through a guided meditation to actually FEEL as if you already have what you desire - for we are magnets to what we feel so if we are feeling in lack of what we want, then we will continue to be disconnected to it.

I will also be working with each of your souls to call your power back and heal the hurt and soul cellular wounds you have experienced in this and many lifetimes.

My goal is to help you connect to your essence of love, light and power, igniting your inner peace and wellbeing with guided meditations, breathwork, movement, sound and journaling.

I will share messages I receive from your soul/higher self and really look forward to seeing you all! Bring your friends as I’d love to build my soul community as soul fam is everything! And then we can do classes in person or fun get togethers once we build our online tribe.

If you are running late, it’s okay as the first half an hour we will be settling in the space journaling etc. So if you can only come at 7pm then make sure to write your release and receive lists prior to arrival.

The first session is free but feel free to give a donation if you feel my class was beneficial which will go a long way in helping me fuel more life force energy into this weekly power packed class of embodying a deeper sense of surrender and trust in the divine process of this wonderful and mysterious gift of life.

July’s full Buck Moon is coming up— rising after sunset on Wednesday, July 13. This will be the biggest and brightest supermoon of the year!

July’s full Buck Moon orbits closer to Earth than any other full Moon this year, making it the biggest and brightest supermoon of 2022! At its nearest point, the Buck Moon will be 222,089.3 miles (357,418 km) from Earth so it just edges out June’s Strawberry Moon by 200km.

The full Moon in July is called the Buck Moon because the antlers of male deer (bucks) are in full-growth mode at this time. Bucks shed and regrow their antlers each year, producing a larger and more impressive set as the years go by.
