Stef is a fun, heart-led multi-discipline healer, empath, belief transformation mentor and Sound Journey leader.

Based in the Mount / Papamoa for 18 years helping clients release past lives, past relationship, and past energies that have ceased supporting their highest potential. Her belief transformations serve to directly connect with the hard wiring in your brain to change limiting beliefs into support and empowerment with many facets.

MANY people choose to stay alert and follow the guided activation meditation, while others lay back immediately and slip gently into deep relaxation for the entire 90 minutes. They awaken just before the end feeling very refreshed and relaxed.
