Join us in a sound bath for an immersive, meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in sound waves.

These Soul Sessions: Sound Journeys are a beautiful blend of activated meditations, crystal sound bowl and voice
tone singing, and gentle energy balancing to finish.

~ JUNE THEME: Balance Metamorphosis of Masculine and Feminine ~

Let your human, ‘doing’ self relax, while the magic of sound works through your body to help shift old, outdated and unhealthy energies to be transformed and infused with new harmonizing vibrational energies… which lift you up to your next best self.

This evening is for:
If you deflect or even struggle a little bit with receiving anything; compliments, favours, tasks done for you, gifts
Feel most comfortable being the Giver.
Wish to open space to like or love yourself to an even higher level
Create space for more energy, action and impetus getting things started
Balance the masculine - powerful doing, and the feminine - graceful receiving

I’m so honoured to be bringing this to you. It is the best year to be doing things for YOU.

Haven’t heard of Soul Sessions?

Soul Sessions are monthly evening in person events.
A blend of guided inner change meditation ( activated meditation), Crystal Sound bowl journey, with an energy clearing and balancing to finish and round off the evening. Sometimes there is channelled tone singing to enhance the sound journey ec

MANY people choose to stay alert and follow the guided activation meditation, while others lay back immediately and slip gently into deep relaxation for the entire 90 minutes. They awaken just before the end feeling very refreshed and relaxed.
