Join us at the stunning Soul Squeeze Yoga & Massage for a day of movement, mindfulness, and deep restoration. The Soul Squeeze Mini Retreat blends energising classes, soulful practices, and nurturing experiences, all designed to help you reset and reconnect.

Nestled in the tranquil hinterlands of Willow Vale on the Gold Coast, Soul Squeeze Yoga & Massage offers a serene escape from the everyday hustle. This boutique wellness sanctuary is thoughtfully designed to harmonise with its natural surroundings, creating a peaceful environment for rejuvenation and self-discovery.

Your Align & Awaken Experience

Immerse yourself in a nourishing experience designed to ground your body, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner calm. The Retreat begins with a warm welcome and intention-setting circle, followed by a revitalising Pilates class led by Nat to awaken and energise the body.

Participants will then move through a series of four rotating wellness sessions, each offering a unique healing modality, from vibrational sound healing and a detoxifying sauna + cold plunge, to a soothing reflexology, journaling, and juice session, and a hands-on naturopathic flower essence workshop, where you'll craft your own personalised remedy to take home.

The day concludes with a gentle slow flow yoga practice to integrate the experience, and a nourishing vegan, gluten-free lunch shared in community, offering space for connection, reflection, and soulful conversation. Set in a tranquil outdoor space surrounded by nature, this retreat offers a truly restorative escape for mind, body, and spirit. All participants will take home a gratitude journal and personalised flower essence to bring the retreat forward with them.
