Iliana Contos is a creative arts therapist, actor and yoga teacher, known for her poetic, sensuous and uplifting style. Drawing from her theatrical background, which enhances her dynamic and expressive presence, and extensive therapeutic studies, she creates an inclusive space for participants to experience embodiment, expansion and ease. She's suitably naughty, and nice - what's life without a bit of spice?
