Liz is a natural born intuitive with over 20yrs of Meditation experience. She has been guiding groups in Australia and overseas, both in-person and online, in the benefits of meditation since 2003. Her passion is to help everyone find comfortability with their stillness, allowing them more space to think, breathe & feel again with ease.
Liz likes to meet people in a very human and down to earth way, yet has the ability to connect with you in a deep and soulful place to help you remember how it feels to trust in the quiet corners of your body, mind & soul to reignite your Qi (life force) or Pranic energy flow. With her bespoke meditations Liz helps people relax again, to surrender to stillness enough to remember the sense of trust and connection they intuitively have to their inner source of clarity and wisdom, present in abundance when your Qi is in alignment.
Leaving Australia at 23, Liz enjoyed 18 years in the international corporate world of language education with 9 of those years being overseas before returning to Australia. Eventually as her family grew, raising 3 children became her greater focus while working more locally, but meditation was the consistent passion percolating in the background. It was while living in Ireland with her family of 5 in 2020 that Liz decided it was time to turn her long term passion and hobby of Meditation facilitation into her own business and now uses her skills as a Meditation Mentor, Empowerment Coach, Energy Healer, Intuitive Guide & Women’s Circle Facilitator to help people whether in groups or 1to1 find comfortability with consciously pausing and creating space for themselves amongst the busy, immediacy of the digital world we now live in.
Liz's meditation style focuses on connecting the client to the inherent presence of Qi that exists amongst and within all living things. By slowing everything down - the body, the mind & the emotions, Liz incorporates gentle breath work & visualisation as tools to help begin this process of becoming present. This gentle surrender, often incorporating the senses, allows the client to begin trusting their own awareness of Qi and how they intuitively experience that flow of energy. From here, with the mind and body in a state of comfortability & feeling safe, you are guided on a journey deeper within, beyond the emotional body to a state of space, freedom and expansion.

Hi I'm Lauren, the creator of Earth To Self Studio. For years I wandered and felt out of place and lacked direction in my life. I was a victim of self-doubt, insecurity, anxiety and depression and felt so far away from my confident, creative and purpose-filled self. When it all got too much I resolved to follow what ‘lights me up’ this lead me first to my yoga mat and from there a whole new world opened up for me.
Cultivating a yoga practice was the first step in my healing journey which was closely followed by therapy, finding my tribe and reconnecting to my creative passions - this took time. My background is in Performing Arts and Visual Design since then I have certificates in NLP, Coaching, Interior Design, as well as Leisure, Health and Wellbeing. Before beginning my own business I worked in Communications, Social Coordination and Community Building for a Central Coast business and was part-time at university studying Social Science and Development. Then I became a mama to two beautiful babies - my greatest and most purpose filled work to date and a responsibility which I take very seriously. Over the course of these years, I’ve realised how valuable it is to have a sense of community and belonging whilst self-discovery and experimentation takes place. I feet grateful to have encountered many healers, teachers and influential people who played a role in my progression towards a happier and more authentic self. It was a combination of self-realisation, the support of others and a safe and inspiring environment that lead me to find my version of success today.
Now I want to create that space for others.
Earth To Self brings the spirit of connection to self, the environment and other people all into one creative, collaborative and inspiring space. A space that honours you where you’re at and supports you on your growth journey. Earth To Self Studio welcomes everyone and is a blank page for you to rewrite your story and share this journey with others. For you, this might look like showing up to classes and engaging in movement with others. It might look like being in childs pose for an hour when you need a break or attending a community connection event.
