Meet us at Fine Connection, overlooking the waters of the Noosa River every 2nd Monday of the term.

We will come together to make life long friendships, to connect and to understand ourselves and each other on a deeper level... a soul level.

Each time we gather we will embark on a journey into an important topic that allow for balanced growth, self understanding and realisation.

Topic examples include;

Self worth, healthy friendships/relationships, self care, gratitude, positive patterns/habits, changing bodies/cycles etc.

Each journey will include;

🌻Acknowledgement to country

🌻Ice breaker games to get acquainted.

🌻Guided meditation to connect to inner self and calm the mind.

🌻Breathing technique to soothe the nervous system.

🌻Guided Q and A to get a little deeper.

🌻Open discussion and sharing circle.

🌻Creation of a useful ‘tool’ to help our emotional regulation and journey with the ‘theme’ (eg, affirmation journal, gratitude box, calming jar, friendship bracelets, etc).
