Join this ongoing bimonthly zoom group to learn about this old/new approach to self care and personal growth. There is some teaching and some practice and sharing. It is a great way to learn more about yourself and what is happening when you get stressed or triggered, or when you feel blocked or locked in repeating scenarios.

This work based on the Pathwork of Self Transformation and Inner Relationship Focusing is a great way to know oneself and awaken the untapped potentials and free yourself of old unfruitful patterns.
