An Introduction to SoulCollage®
Event description
“Often the hands will solve a problem the intellect has struggled with in vain.” (C. G. Jung)
About SoulCollage®
Annais invites you to join her at Te Waimate Mission Station to create unique, colourful, collaged SoulCollage® cards, each with their own deep personal meaning. SoulCollage® is a practice of creating and holding space for yourself; a still point in your life where parts of self and scattered energies find their way home through the creation of your SoulCollage® card.
You will learn how to consult your cards, discover your inner wisdom and find answers to your life's questions.
Anyone can enjoy this fun, powerful and satisfying method.
All resources and further info will be provided, and you are welcome to bring photocopies of personal artwork, people, pets, etc to include in your SoulCollage® cards.

About Annais:
My father was born and grew up at Te Waimate.
My mother was born and raised in Oromahoe.
Her marriage to my father was arranged, called a tomo, by my two grandfathers.
My mother said my father and grandfather arrived on horseback, riding from Te Waimate to Oromahoe, while she was cleaning out the pig-sty. And the negotiations went on for several hours/days.
There are many life stories I have to share and when I found SoulCollage® practice I immediately fell in love with the process because I can tell my stories visually, verbally and in writing. After making my first card several years ago, I now have an ever-growing deck which I use to help guide my decision-making process.
For me my SoulCollage® cards are taonga, legacy, to be passed on to the next generation. I am grateful.
