We invite you to join us for a special three-hour workshop that will awaken your inner artist, deepen your intuition, and help you reconnect to your soul’s essence through the transformative practice of SoulCollage®. This workshop is not just about making art—it’s about using creativity as a tool for self-discovery, healing, and connection. In the company of women, we’ll explore how to honor both our light and shadow, and how to tap into the wisdom that lies just beneath the surface of our everyday lives.

What is SoulCollage®?

SoulCollage® is an intuitive and expressive art process inviting you to create a deck of cards that embody the multifaceted aspects of your inner self. By selecting images that resonate with you—whether sourced from magazines, catalogs, or your own artwork—you’ll craft personalized cards that serve as portals into your soul. Each card encapsulates unique energy, narratives, and guiding wisdom.

SoulCollage® provides a creative, empowering, and accessible means to connect with your intuition, pose transformative questions, and invite profound insights into your life. Whether you seek personal growth, healing, or simply creative expression, SoulCollage® offers a profound and loving way to discover your true self.

This engaging process involves making 5"x8" collage cards, with images coming together in unexpected ways, each reflecting facets of your personality and essence.

This creative journey goes beyond words, using colors and images that speak to you, within a supportive group setting.

Developed by Seena Frost, SoulCollage® has emerged as a method to deepen your connection to yourself and your life's purpose, using images that intuitively appeal to you.

Ultimately, you’ll possess a deck of personal wisdom cards, crafted through the intuitive guidance of your inner knowing. Through an interactive card “reading” process, you access a place of wisdom and kindness within. From this space, messages from your Self to your self emerge, both timely and clear.

• A Sacred Creative Space: You’ll begin by creating your own SoulCollage® cards, choosing images that call to you and speak to your soul. This is a process of intuitive collage-making—no artistic experience necessary! We’ll create a safe, relaxed environment where your inner artist can emerge.
• Inward Reflection: Through the cards you create, we’ll explore the profound wisdom that lies within. Each card represents a piece of your inner landscape, a symbol of the various energies that shape who you are. You’ll learn how to "read" these cards as mirrors to your soul, giving you clarity, insight, and guidance.
• Connection with Self and Others: As we work, we will share our experiences with one another—offering support, encouragement, and insight into the process. This is a space to connect with like-minded women, to hold space for each other’s creative journeys, and to honor our own sacred paths.
• Creative Expression & Healing: Whether you’re seeking to heal a particular aspect of your life, embrace your creative potential, or simply connect with a deeper part of yourself, SoulCollage® offers a unique and empowering method to do so. Each card becomes a mirror, reflecting your inner wisdom, your highest self, and your evolving story.

SoulCollage®: A Tool for Transformation and Empowerment

By the end of our time together, you will leave with a deeper connection to your own soul and the tools to continue your SoulCollage® journey at home. You’ll have the opportunity to create several cards during our time together, each representing different facets of your being—your inner guide, your shadow self, your creative essence, and more. You’ll also gain practical tools for reading your cards and engaging in self-reflection.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and embrace the wisdom that lives within you. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself through creative expression and to discover new aspects of your soul’s journey. Together, we’ll weave a beautiful tapestry of art, intuition, and community.

Meet Your Facilitator: Caitlin Iannucci

Guiding you through this transformative experience is Caitlin Iannucci,  LPC, ATR-BC, CBC, LLC, a lifelong artist and a formally trained SoulCollage® facilitator. Caitlin’s background in psychology, art therapy, and her personal journey through creative expression make her uniquely qualified to lead this workshop. Her deep understanding of trauma, grief, and healing, combined with her love for intuitive art, creates a supportive and nurturing environment where your soul’s voice can truly be heard.

Caitlin’s work has always been rooted in helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom, and she is passionate about bringing women together to create, heal, and grow. She has worked with women for many years, facilitating creativity and transformation in her private practice and beyond.

What to Expect:

• Creative Expression: You’ll create your own SoulCollage® cards using images that resonate with you.
• Group Sharing: A time to share and discuss your creations, insights, and reflections in a supportive group environment.
• Self-Discovery: Gain a deeper understanding of yourself through the process of reading and interpreting your cards.
• Sisterhood: Connect with a group of like-minded women who are also on a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and empowerment.
• All Materials Provided: All the materials you need to create your cards—card stock, scissors, magazines, glue, and markers—will be provided. Feel free to bring any personal images or meaningful photos to add a personal touch to your cards.
