Welcome to Soul Embody! An Intimate space for women to dive deep into their primal essence and connection to their body. To breathe deep and understand their body in a new way through movement and dance. Every woman is welcome here, regardless of ability, age, etc, we all can move, we all are allowed to move, and most importantly as women we deserve to show up and move how we want to.

Classes are Limited in number so make sure you book in advance as intimacy is Number 1 and making sure everyone is seen and heard.

No Refunds or Credits if you are not able to come. All waivers and guidelines will be signed your first class.
