    Tired of staring at wilted greens and last week's pizza crusts? Let's ditch the mealtime monotony and whip up some flavourful, plant-powered magic you can savour all week long! ✨ Join us for Soulfood Saturdays, the cooking class that's like a warm hug for your taste buds and the planet.

    What's the vibe? Think laughter-filled kitchens, zero-waste meals, and enough deliciousness to make your inner foodie do a happy dance. We'll be whipping up a week's worth of vegan, plastic-free, and oh-so-nutritious meals that are as easy on the eyes as they are on your wallet.

    But wait, there's more! Here's why Soulfood Saturdays will rock your meal prep world:

    • Variety is the spice of life (and your lunchbox): Say goodbye to boring salads and hello to a rainbow of flavours and textures! We'll explore different cuisines and cooking techniques, keeping your taste buds on their toes.
    • Level up your kitchen skills: From knife skills to mastering spices, you'll walk away with new tricks to impress your friends, family, and maybe even your pet goldfish (though we can't guarantee their culinary appreciation).
    • Time is money, honey: Batch cooking saves you precious hours during the week, freeing you up to do things you want to do, like attend free meditations on Bondi Beach, or attend our Thoughtful Thursdays
    • Just rock up: We've done the groceries, picked delicious recipes, and have all the tools, spices and know-how you need.

    Still on the fence? We hear you! Here are some common meal-prep myths we're bursting:

    • Myth: Meal prep is boring and restrictive. Reality: We're all about flavour fusion and creativity! Think spicy lentil tacos, creamy coconut curries, and vibrant veggie bowls that'll make you forget about beige food forever.
    • Myth: It takes all day! Reality: We're all about efficiency. We'll have you prepping like a pro in no time, leaving you with more time to, well, be awesome.
    • Myth: I'm a kitchen klutz! Reality: We're all here to learn, and we believe cooking is a team sport. We'll guide you every step of the way, and hey, even burnt offerings have their charm (sometimes).

    So, ditch the excuses and join us for Soulfood Saturdays! Together, we'll fuel our bodies, nourish our souls, and save the planet, one delicious bite at a time. ❤️

    What to Bring:

    • Plastic Containers: Please bring 5 containers at least 1L in size WITH YOUR NAME ON THEM: Example here (a serving for a meal is approximately half a container)
    • Optional: Ice bricks to cool food whilst transporting food home
    • Optional: Bring your kitchen knives and we can sharpen them

    What you'll get:

    • Cooking instruction from Matt whose done vegan, plastic-free catering for events, retreats, and workshops of up to 100 servings at a time
    • 4 Hearty Meals (think Indian curries, Italian pastas, Asian stir-frys, etc. 2 varieties cooked each week)
    • 4 Salads (think quinoa and roast veggies, garden salads with roasted chickpeas. 1 variety cooked each week)
    • 3 servings fruit salad (with fresh seasonal fruit)
    • Optional: 7 Breakfasts (Make-Your-Own muesli to the combination that you love.)

    That's at least 11 servings of healthy and sustainable food cooked with love.
