Soulful Breath — co-facilitated by Kristy (Holistic Heart Healing) and Victoria Gautier (Wings of Wellbeing) brings together a full day immersive retreat experience, weaving our modalities, lived wisdom, and energetic practices into a deeply held and high-frequency container.

Set amongst the natural beauty of Trees of Trenance, this experience is held within a peaceful, nature-filled environment, offering space to slow down, reconnect, and fully arrive.

This is not just a day of practices…

What the Day Includes

Cacao Ceremony
A sacred opening held with ceremonial cacao, honouring its Andean lineage.
An invitation to soften the heart, open awareness, and prepare the body for deeper energetic work… while connecting with the elements, sacred earth energies, and spirit animals, inviting a grounded and embodied sense of connection from the very beginning.

Healing Temple — Guided Meditation & Energetic Release
A deeply restorative immersion held within high-frequency and angelic fields of support… a space for you to connect more consciously with your own inner guidance, as well as the subtle support and unseen allies available to you, deepening trust in what you feel, notice, and receive.
This process supports emotional release, nervous system recalibration, and connection to your own inner landscape… held within a subtle, sacred energetic framework.

Oracle, Journaling & Intuitive Reflection
A spacious and supported opportunity to connect with oracle guidance through card pulling, journaling, and intuitive reflection…
with the option to share and be witnessed within the group, if that feels aligned.

Breathing Temple — Transformational Breathwork
A powerful breath-led immersion supporting energetic clearing, expanded awareness, and embodied alignment.
Working with the breath as a gateway, this experience is held within elevated frequencies and supported by unseen allies and guiding intelligences… allowing transformation to unfold in a way that is both profound and deeply held.

Nourishing Lunch
A beautiful, thoughtfully prepared lunch is included…
offering time to ground, integrate, and connect with others in a relaxed and supported way.

The Energy of the Day

This day is guided with intention, presence, and a deep respect for the intelligence of the body, the breath, and the unseen layers we each carry.

Throughout the retreat, you will be supported to connect more consciously with your own intuitive awareness…
learning to recognise how your inner senses naturally communicate with you, and building trust in what you feel, notice, and receive.

There is a gentle opening into deeper levels of perception…

Kristy Brooks | Holistic Heart Healing

Kristy is an accredited Reiki, Seichim, and Karuna master/teacher, as well as a Cacao Ceremonialist Facilitator, specializing in somatic release breathwork and meditation. Her work is driven by a profound passion for guiding individuals into self-love, self-acceptance, and self-belief. Kristy creates a safe and nurturing environment for deep self-exploration, helping clients align with their highest timelines. Her fascination with the metaphysical and spiritual realms, along with her love for crystals and oracle cards, has inspired her dedication to empowering others.

Through her practice, Kristy offers transformative experiences that include energy healing, intuitive readings, and ceremonial work. She continuously expands her skills, having completed courses in Psychic Development, Spirit Breathwork, Angel Miracles, plus so much more. Important Information

This is a 7-hour immersive retreat experience that includes breathwork, meditation, and energetic processes which can be physically, emotionally, and energetically activating.

This is healing, this is transformational.

This offering is non-denominational and open to all, regardless of background or belief system. You are always encouraged to engage with the experience in a way that feels aligned and supportive for you.

For safety and wellbeing, this experience is not suitable for those who are pregnant, under 16 years of age, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

By attending, you confirm that you are physically and psychologically able to participate, and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout the day.

Breathwork can at times bring forward strong physical or emotional responses. You will be guided and supported throughout, and are always encouraged to honour your body and move at your own pace.

If you have any medical conditions, are taking high-dose medication, or have experienced significant psychological challenges, we recommend reaching out prior to booking to ensure this experience is appropriate for you.

Adjustments and support can be offered when shared with facilitators prior to or on arrival.

Dietary requirements can be catered for, however please let us know prior to booking if you have any specific needs.
