Soulful Breaths: Honouring the seasons is a four-part journey designed to support you to move with the natural rhythms of the year rather than pushing against them.

Each gathering begins with an orientation to the season, what is happening in nature, in the body, and in our emotional landscape, before we move into a guided breathwork journey and immersive sound bath with co-facilitator Lyndi MacRae

It’s a space to release what the season is asking you to let go of, to reconnect with your inner rhythm, and to remember that you are cyclical too.

Across March 8: Autum Equniox - I release what no longer requires my life force. Element: Earth - Complete x

· September 13 - Spring Equinox - I allow what is true to rise. Element: Air

Each gathering stands alone, yet together they form a living cycle, an invitation to honour change without forcing it, and to meet yourself honestly as the seasons move through you.

Gentle prompts to help you notice what’s stirring, what’s settling, and what’s ready to be tended, without pressure to “fix” or change based on each seasons shift.
