Join us for a soulful gathering of nourishment, reflection & connection. As always, there will be meditation, ceremonial cacao, journaling & sharing - to connect with yourself & others.

This circle is extra special as it falls near my birthday, therefore you can also expect some delicious birthday treats!

With the halfway point of the year approaching, this is the perfect moment to pause, reflect on our journey so far, check in with our goals and desires, celebrate our wins, and gain clarity on how we want to move forward.

We will start with meditation to get grounded, followed by a nourishing cacao & journaling, and finish with some delicious treats and option to stay for chats after.
