For example, if you’re struggling with your career, the approach helps reveal if there are larger systemic patterns or ancestral ties that are influencing your actions and limiting your potential.

By examining these systems, both personal and collective, Systemic Constellation Therapy allows you to gain insight into how these hidden dynamics impact your life, and it helps you find new ways of relating to yourself and others
