Soulful Dance is a safe space for women to reconnect with their bodies and ancient wisdom.

For thousands of years, women have sat in circle and danced with one another. Dance is not only fantastic for your health, but dancing freely is an activity that allows us to feel our bodies and connect with our spirit.

What can you expect?

We will gather in circle for 15 minutes at the beginning of the session.
You will be guided through a short, simple meditation encouraging you to become present in the space, ready to move your body.
For an hour we will explore a diverse playlist of songs that will make you want to spin, stretch, leap, jump, sing and fist pump - anything goes!
Before you leave, we will sit in circle once again to breathe deeply, become present once more, and share what we felt during our expressive journeys.
