You're invited to a weekend of Soulful Embrace

Join us for 4 days / 3 nights from 23-26 October in the breathtaking Byron Hinterland. A private sanctuary perched high on the Koonyum Range beside Mount Jerusalem National Park.

This retreat is for the woman who feels called to reconnect, not only to slow down and breathe, but to feel alive again. It's a space for deep exhale and joyful expansion. For meaningful conversations, laughter, nourishing rest, movement, adventure and moments that remind you who you are when life isn't rushing you.

Across the weekend, you'll be held in a gentle, nourishing rhythm of mindful movement, breathwork, immersive sound healing journeys, yoga, meditation, embodiment, expressive and other gentle intentional practices and rituals to nurture you beyond the weekend. 

We'll watch incredible sunrises over the valley, wander to waterfalls, swim in the fresh waters of Wilsons Creek, and spend a half-day in Byron Bay for lighthouse walks, ocean time and space to explore at your own pace.

There will be deep rest that settles your nervous system, meaningful connection, sacred ritual and space to simply be. Nature will hold you.Sisterhood will surround you. And you'll be guided back to your body, your heart, your joy.

Your retreat includes three nights accommodation, all sessions and activities, nourishing meals and group transfers from Gold Coast Airport.

Twin-share rooms available from $1450.
