PS:  Please bring:

1. Yoga mat or similar to lie down on

2. A throw or blanket in case you feel cold

3. A bottle of water or more.  Your water will be charged with the sound frequencies emitted from the sacred instruments

4. A pillow or two for your head or under your knees for comfort.
