Cacao Ceremony: Begin with the heart-opening magic of cacao, a sacred plant medicine known to foster connection and presence. As you sip cacao, you’ll be guided to reflect on your journey, tap into gratitude, and plant seeds of intention for the year ahead.
SPIRITUS Breathwork: Harness the power of your breath in a guided session designed to help you release emotional blockages, shed outdated patterns, and unlock deeper self-awareness. This practice offers a bridge to altered states of consciousness, where clarity and inspiration flow effortlessly.

Please note that you will have to buy your own cacao for the ceremony. We will send you brands that we recommend and a recipe by email, prior to the event.

I’m Maddi, a passionate guide in transformation, holding space for those ready to journey through the depths of their emotions and emerge into self-love and connection. My work combines SPIRITUS Breathwork, Somatic Healing and cacao ceremonies to release stored trauma, emotional suppression and old patterns – helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, find clarity in chaos and step fully into your true essence.

My journey began with my own search for healing, one that led me across continents and cultures. In Bali, breathwork found me in a moment of surrender and awakening a truth I could no longer ignore. My love affair with cacao – the medicine of the heart – took me to Mexico and Guatemala, where I immersed myself in the ancestral roots of this sacred plant. Cacao ceremonies ground us in the sweetness of connection and the power of intention. These practices and rituals aren’t just tools, they are invitations to soften, to listen and to meet yourself with compassion, courage and an open heart.

Guided by the spirit of the Benu (ancestor of the Phoenix, aka Heron), a symbol of transformation and rebirth, my work is deeply aligned with the cycles of death and renewal. As a Scorpio, I understand the beauty of finding incredible light in darkness and treasures in places where fear resides. My approach supports clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and their bodies, guiding them to transform shame into self-love, fear into trust and pain into power.
