Join us for a 1.5 hour journey of yin yoga and live music, where you will be serenaded by Camille’s angelic voice, guiding you into deep states of relaxation, release, and renewal.

This experience offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a sensory gift, combining the healing power of live music and mantra with the soothing effects of yin yoga. As you settle into each pose, Camille’s melodic harmonies will guide you to connect on a deeper level.

Through this yin practice, we will activate and rebalance the energetic pathways of the Heart, exploring marma points acupressure and deeply restorative yin postures to release tension.

Listening to live music has the power to heal, uplift, and nurture the soul. In this sacred space, you will be guided through a calming soundscape, creating internal space and clarity in your life. As the music weaves its way through your practice, you'll feel a deeper connection to your true self, leaving you rejuvenated and aligned.

Cristina is a qualified yoga teacher and enjoys sharing the benefits of the practice in a nourishing and accessible way to all. With her calming and gentle nature Cristina’s yoga sessions leave you feeling hugged and cared for. Cristina creates a holistic experience and caters for all levels of yoga with ease and grace, from the beginner to advanced.

Camille is a Musician, Yoga and Meditation Facilitator, and Women’s Coach.
She brings the power of ancient mantra music with soothing vocals and acoustic guitar. Mantra music is a vehicle for cultivating deep transformation in your physical and emotional body through the vibration of sound.
Camille is passionate about bringing together yoga, meditation, and music to create nurturing spaces for you to feel safe in your body, reconnect to your inner wisdom, and find deep peace.
