This is an open invitation to all women seeking connection, mindfulness and self care 💕

Start your day on the beach with a 40 min mindfulness practice which will be a mix of Breathwork, meditation, yin yoga and sound healing each week 🌞

We will then head over to the cafe for warm drinks and chats.

Come for any part you wish 💗

Please bring:

Yoga mat, blanket or towel to lay on, and water

Access 124- Carpark- On the beach infront of Mudjimba Island 🏝️

For the price of a coffee, come fill your cup and make new friends 🫶🏼
