Soulful Sisters- Friday Yin Yoga & Breakfast

Due to the rain, we are now inside at Northshore Community Hall- 701 David Low Way, where we will be nice and cosy ☺️

This is an open invitation to all women seeking connection and self care 💕

Start your Friday morning on the beach with Breathwork, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing, followed by breakfast and chats at the cafe 🌞

All ages welcome!

Come for any part you wish 💗

Please bring: Yoga mat or towel to lay on and water  

Access 124- Carpark- On the beach in front of Mudjimba Island 🏝️ 

For the price of a coffee, come fill your cup and make new friends 🫶🏼
