Soulful Somatics Full Moon Ceremonies:

Do you feel disconnected from your body and emotions due to an over or under regulated nervous system or mental health challenges? Do you feel bound, stuck, stagnant or rigid in your body and need a safe space to relax, move, express and connect to yourself because regular therapy or modalities just aren't cutting it?

Join Stacy a Somatic Dance Movement Therapist and transformational coach for a beautiful night of connection, expression, and ceremony under the glorious full moon. Stacy will guide you on a 3.5hr journey incorporating a unique blend of ceremonial cacao, guided somatic movement and self-expression practices including art and reflection to support you to connect to your body, regulate your nervous system and release chronically held tension in your body, so you can begin to feel more relaxed, grounded and present.
