You will experience the deeply penetrating healing benefits through the use of wireless headsets, which create a personal bubble for you to dissolve and reset.

Engage in creative self-expression through journaling exercises to connect you with your authentic self. You will be gifted a journal to support your ongoing self-discovery and personal growth journey. We will balance the mind, body, and soul in a tranquil, supportive, and inspiring environment.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable, you will be required to lay on mats on the floor however, should this be an issue, please reach out and we can make alternate arrangements!
