Soulful Sounds & Scribbles

Join me for an enriching two-and-a-half-hour journey into self-discovery and empowerment at Soulful Sounds & Scribbles.

This immersive event blends the therapeutic power of singing bowl healing and guided relaxation techniques, offering a deep dive into mindfulness and inner peace.

Experience the calming effects of sound therapy, gain insight into the healing benefits of vibrational frequencies, and learn practical tools for relaxation & mindfulness to take home.

You will experience the deeply penetrating healing benefits through the use of wireless headsets, which create a personal bubble for you to dissolve and reset.

Engage in creative self-expression through journaling exercises to connect you with your authentic self. You will be gifted a journal to support your ongoing self-discovery and personal growth journey. We will balance the mind, body, and soul in a tranquil, supportive, and inspiring environment.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable, you will be required to lay on mats on the floor however, should this be an issue, please reach out and we can make alternate arrangements!

Grab your friends, kick off your shoes, prepare yourself tea or coffee, and enjoy a morning with like-minded individuals.

As this is a small group event, Bookings are limited.

Should you wish to hire me for a private event, reach out via 0488133432 or MemystiqueandI@outlook.com
