The OG Soulful Sunday is back 🌞

Start your Sunday slow, connecting with nature, yourself, and likeminded women 💕

We will start the morning by reconnecting with ourselves through Breathwork, Yin Yoga and Sound.

We will then connect picnic style, with cosy drinks, oracle cards and insightful conversations.

If you’re seeking connection and self care, come join us 🫶🏼

If you’re nervous about coming alone, just message me. These events always attract such a lovely group of women.

Please bring something to sit on, water, sun protection, cosy drinks such as cacao or tea and any oracle/ guidance cards you wish to share.
