Soulful Sunday

So excited for you to join Soulful Sunday! 

A morning intentionally created to nourish your soul for a meaningful start to the new week. 

This is an open invitation to all women seeking connection, mindfulness and self care.

We will start the morning with a gentle Breathwork practice, yin yoga followed by our beautiful guest, Alice Nicholls, where we will learn and play with essential oils, and even receive one as a gift! 

Please bring:

Yoga mat, blanket or towel to lay on

Drink bottle

And maybe a hat if it’s sunny :)
