Soulful Sunday is our community 9D Breathwork experience—a space to step away from the outside world, reconnect with yourself and experience the power of breathing alongside others.

Each Sunday brings a different journey.

Some weeks may be about letting go. Others about confidence, connection, gratitude, self-worth, clarity or simply finding space to breathe again.

You don't need to know which journey you need.

Sometimes you just need to show up.

Through conscious connected breathing, immersive sound, music, guided coaching and layered audio, you'll be supported through a full 9D Breathwork experience designed to help you turn down the outside noise and tune back into yourself.

Who is Soulful Sunday for?

Soulful Sunday is for anyone who:

Wants to experience 9D Breathwork in a welcoming community environment
Needs some time away from the demands of everyday life

No previous breathwork or meditation experience is needed.
