I’m Caoimhe Gibney, a Somatic Specialist, Physiotherapist, Advanced Breathwork Facilitator & Trainer, 500hr Yoga & Pilates Teacher, and Master Reiki Healer. With a deep-rooted passion for person-centered, holistic healing, my work is dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and awaken their innate healing potential.

Through nearly a decade of working with the body, both physically and energetically, I’ve come to understand that true transformation happens when we move beyond the mind and into deep, embodied healing. I believe that where safety exists, profound healing unfolds. My role is to create a space where you can soften, reconnect, and rediscover the wisdom within you.
